Summer has been a busy period here at Kings Hall College. We have welcomed over 300 students to study at both our main college and our summer campus over the past seven weeks. As the summer period gradually comes to a close, we would like reflect on the progress that our students have made.
The Main College
The influx of students arriving at Kings Hall College over the summertime allowed us to expand our course portfolio and the availability of our classes. All thirteen of our classrooms, plus the Computer Lab, were filled with eager students wanting to improve their English language skills. For the first time since opening in January, we accommodated students from Beginner to Advanced, therefore opening classes for students of all levels.
The Summer Programme
Our Summer Programme welcomed students from across the world to study English in the busting city of Manchester. Our Summer Programme students studied a dynamic and engaging syllabus that encouraged them use to use their newly acquired language skills in unconventional ways. From creating news reports about strange stories to hosting podcasts about their favourite sports, our students delivered a variety of presentations, documentaries, and engaging content that will hopefully leave them with cherished memories to return home with.
Summer at Kings Hall College has been an exciting and memorable experience, and we are happy to learn that our students have enjoyed their time studying with us.
“Kings Hall College combined rigorous education with a friendly environment. I emerged from the experience with increased confidence in English and new friends from all over the world.” - Ahmed
