Expanish has announced an exciting expansion of its Spanish language programme in Sámara, Costa Rica, introducing year-round availability, a lower minimum age of 16, and a range of new academic and accommodation options designed to enhance the student experience.
Set in the laid-back coastal town of Sámara on Costa Rica’s Pacific coast, the programme blends high-quality Spanish language instruction with an immersive cultural experience. Known for its golden beaches, warm waters, and “pura vida” lifestyle, the town provides the perfect setting for developing practical communication skills through interactive classes and guided activities that help students engage with local culture and nature.
A varied social programme further enhances the experience, including hikes, shared group meals, Latin dance classes (such as salsa, merengue and bachata), and yoga sessions with local instructors.
From 11 May onwards, Sámara will operate as a fully year-round destination, with students able to start courses every Monday.
