In Part 1, we walked through how to access and use the S&A Members Directory. In this follow-up, we’re addressing the most common practical questions – from getting logged in for the first time to keeping your profile current and submitting articles for publication.
Your login username is the email address associated with your school’s S&A profile. Once your registration has been manually approved by us, you’ll need to set your password. Simply request a new password and the system will send a link directly to your email, allowing you to create one yourself. This process is designed to be fully secure – the S&A team has no access to your password at any point, keeping your account safe and your data entirely your own.
If anything changes, for example, new courses, updated contact details or a shift in your programme offering, please send those updates directly to us rather than attempting to edit your profile independently. This keeps communication open between your school and the S&A team, and means we’re always up to date when making agent introductions on your behalf. The more accurate your profile, the better matched your introductions will be.
For our Premium and Platinum members, when you’re ready to publish an article, simply send us your written piece along with a JPEG image and we’ll take care of the rest by uploading and disseminating it across the S&A website, social media and newsletter. There’s no technical heavy lifting on your end; we handle the publishing process entirely.
The Members Directory is designed to be straightforward, but when questions do come up, we’re always on hand to help you work through them. Not a member yet? Drop us a line today to find out how we can help expand your reach to agents around the world.
