S&A Clinic: How to Make the Most of the S&A Members Directory (Part 1)

  Publisher : Stephanie Clark   01 June 2026 07:43

The Schools & Agents Members Directory is one of the most valuable tools available to member schools, but only if you know how to use it. Here’s a straightforward guide to logging in, finding agents and making the most of your membership tier.

Logging in and why it matters

Access to the Members Directory is exclusive to registered member schools. Without logging in, you won’t be able to view the agents directory at all – so your account is your gateway to everything. Once your profile has been submitted and manually approved by the S&A team, you’re ready to get started.

Finding the right agents for your school

Once logged in, you can use the directory’s filter options to search for agents by city, country or area of specialisation – whether that’s language courses, vocational programmes, postgraduate study or other niches. Apply your filters and a curated list of matching agents appears, each with a full profile, including an agency description, website, email address, phone number and links to their social media channels. Everything you need to make a meaningful first contact, in one place.

Using your content publishing tools

Depending on your membership tier, you may also have access to S&A’s content publishing feature – one of the most powerful tools for raising your school’s profile in the industry. Premium members can submit one article per month, while Platinum members can submit one per week. These articles are published on the S&A website, which attracts around 200,000 visitors per month, shared across social media channels with 25,000 followers and distributed to approximately 6,000 industry professionals through our monthly newsletter. Light members do not have access to this feature, but upgrading is always an option!

The Members Directory puts the international agent network within reach, but the key is knowing how to navigate it confidently. Not yet a member? Get in touch with Schools & Agents today and look out for Part 2 of this guide where we cover troubleshooting login issues, updating your profile and submitting content.
