Léman Students Work with the Office of College Counseling on the College Application Process

Early college admissions results are coming in and we are ecstatic to share the news that Léman students have been accepted to Harvard University, Duke University, Cornell University, Rice University, New York University, Villanova University, Babson College, Fordham University, Northeastern University, and more. We will continue to share college acceptance news as it comes in over the next few months.

While seniors are receiving exciting acceptance news, the Office of College Counseling is in the process of meeting with all 11th-grade students and their families where they receive individualized guidance to support them in approaching the college process, which is both collaborative and student-driven.

10th-grade families were invited to the first 10th Grade Parent Preview Presentation where our expert college counselors provided parents a summary of the 10th-grade-specific college planning items including how to use personality assessments to match with possible careers, learning about college majors, and how it ties into IB course selection.

Upper School faculty are showing their alumni spirit with door signs representing their alma mater and college major, opening the door for students to start conversations with their teachers about where their own education and how they made their college decision, a great way for students to start thinking about their futures!
