Torre di Babele, in collaboration with "IED Rome", offers a new three week full immersion course in Italian language and style. This course in Rome - the world’s capital of art, crossroads of culture and thriving cosmopolitan city is for lovers of design, fashion, graphic arts, film, and photography.
Beyond studying the language, participants get an insider’s view of a range of creative disciplines from film and photography to visual arts, fashion and architecture. The program covers design theory and planning, with visits to advertising agencies, design firms and fashion studios.
The first two weeks of the program includes Italian language classes, 4 hours daily. Throughout the course, participants are involved in a rich and varied cultural experience offered through the “Torre di Babele” center. Participation in the program is free of charge, other than expenses for food, drinks, transportation and entrances to museums and architectural sites.
Accommodation is available in single rooms in private apartments with local residents (singles, couples, some families). Bath and kitchen are shared. All apartments are centrally located, within easy access to public transportation. On request, double rooms can be arranged in private homes, as well as accommodations in bed and breakfasts or hotels.
